Let us lend you a hand to know God and live with Him forever!
This righteousness from God comes through faith in Jesus Christ to all who believe. There is no difference, for all have sinned and fall short of the glory of God, and are justified freely by his grace through the redemption that came by Christ Jesus. (Romans 3:22-24)
We all, like sheep, have gone astray, each of us has turned to his own way; and the LORD has laid on him the iniquity of us all. (Isaiah 53:6)
If we claim to be without sin, we deceive ourselves and the truth is not in us. If we confess our sins, he is faithful and just and will forgive us our sins and purify us from all unrighteousness. If we claim we have not sinned, we make him out to be a lair and his word has no place in our lives. (1 John 1:8-10)
"Let us rejoice and be glad and give him glory! For the wedding of the Lamb has come, and his bride has made herself ready. Fine linen, bright and clean, was given her to wear." (Fine linen stands for the righteous acts of the saints.) ... I saw the Holy City, the new Jerusalem, coming down out of heaven from God, prepared as a bride beautifully dressed for her husband. And I heard a loud voice from the throne saying, "Now the dwelling of God is with men, and he will live with them. They will be his people, and God himself will be with them and be their God. (Revelation 19:7-8, 21:2-3)
He replied, "Because you have so little faith. I tell you the truth, if you have faith as small as a mustard seed, you can say to this mountain, 'Move from here to there' and it will move. Nothing will be impossible for you." (Matthew 17:20) For it is by grace you have been saved, through faith - and this (faith) not from yourselves, it is the gift of God - not by works, so that no one can boast. For we are God's workmanship, created in Christ Jesus to do good works, which God prepared in advance for us to do. (Ephesians 2:8-10)
Dear God, I need your free ride, because I have this attitude problem called sin that has kept us far apart all my life. I accept that You, in Your love and Your justice are great, and that my sin attitude has been punished in the body of Jesus Christ on the cross for me -- and freedom has been guaranteed through His resurrection from the dead to give me new life eternally. I thank You that in Your great love You wish to join our lives together, and I want a new home in eternity. I can't make it happen myself, so I will trust You for the tiny mustard-seed faith I will need to accept You and live for You from now on. Seal me with Your love. In Jesus' name. Amen. For he says, "In the time of my favor I heard you, and in the day of salvation I helped you." I tell you, now is the time of God's favor, now is the day of salvation. (2 Corinthians 6:2)
Let us hold unswervingly to the hope we profess, for he who promised is faithful. And let us consider hoe we may spur one another on toward love and good deeds. Let us not give up meeting together, as some are in the habit of doing, but let us encourage one another -- and all the more as you see the Day approaching. (Hebrews 10:23-25) If you prayed the prayer to accept God's free ride, please email
me and let me know -- I may be able to help you find a good church home! |
